I have been going through some of my old PC components and testing the each one to make sure they still work. I recently tested my Asus Rampage IV Extreme motherboard (EATX LGA2011) and it booted up fine. I revisited the system a day or two later and turned it on using the onboard system start (I do not have any of the components in a case and I am on a testing bench) and the Debug LEDs read "00". I read this meant "not used" in the manual but I do not know how to fix the issue.

Methods attempted to fix the situation:

- Changing the RAM to different slots and RAM quantities.

- Re-socketing the CPU.

- Putting the system into its slow-mode and rebooting.

- Resetting the system BIOS.

- Taking out all system components one-by-one until it was determined it was the motherboard. I had just the CPU in and the issue was still reoccurring and nothing changed.

- Tested all of the components but the CPU and RAM in a different board and all of the hardware works fine.

My system hardware is:

- Motherboard - Asus Rampage IV Extreme motherboard (EATX LGA2011)

- CPU - Intel Core i7-4930K 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor

- RAM - G.Skill Ares Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR3-2400 CL11 Memory (2x)

- Graphics - Zotac GeForce GT 730 2 GB Video Card

- PSU - EVGA BQ 850 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

- Storage - Seagate Desktop HDD 4 TB 3.5" 5900RPM Internal Hard Drive

I have tried finding the solution to this online and I haven't been able to find anything on any forms relating to my motherboard. The forms I found were all from over half a decade ago. Any help is appreciated
