restart the computer and press the key to enter bios when you see the board's logo (most of the time it's delete key)

in the bios, enable XMP profile, then save and exit

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

🦀 your quote is gone 🦀

yeap, it's running 3000MHz now

it's reporting as 1500MHz, but DDR = Double Data Rate, the true frequency is half of advertised frequency (true frequency's proper name is Megatransfer/s, but almost no one refers it that way)

first photo in each of the three you posted, near the middle

it was running at 2666MHz (1333*2), which is its JEDEC speed (speed of which it operates to make sure it posts when inserted into a new system)

when you enabled XMP, it'll run at its rated speed at 3000MHz (1500*2)

JEDEC speed

hope I explained it well enough :)

feel free to ask if you don't understand anything
