Need help with my first PC Build (Redo)

Budget (including currency): $750 Australian Dollars (includes shipping, but not peripherals)

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rainbow Six Siege, Valorant, COD Warzone, AAA Titles (i.e. Watchdogs Legion), light work.

Other details: Motherboard needs to be compatible with WiFi, looking for at least 70-80 FPS, probably looking for 250-500 GB, 8 GB of RAM. If the parts look good, then I wouldn't mind a case with a window. RGB if it costs only a little extra. Looking for a cheap case fan and a cheep CPU cooler. 

 

I'm sorry if this sounds like a lot, but I've been searching for days to find a good configuration. Parts in Australia are quite expensive. 

 

I'm okay if you can point me to any websites with cheap Pre-builts that I can customize.
