gpu clock and mem clock drops to tiny amount

my gpu temperature is 57 c° and when im in the desktop or in google chrome, my gpu clock and mem clock drops to like 125 and mem 450 but it goes back to normal quickly, i never had that. my gpu is:

gt 710 gigabyte 2gb vram (it has a cooling fan)

edit: and also, this has never happend to me while gaming

That's normal operation. GPU does this to save energy and wear out slower.

 

That's why u never see that while gaming.

 

Completely normal, temps a bit high but that's likely normal too for such an ancient card.
