Element Q, adding another slot?

I love the size, but it only is 1 slot :(, so I was wondering, could I get a mITX MB tray, scoot it over to opposite side of the slot more & replce the backplate with a 2 slot BP? If I could find a CAD file somewhere I could just widen the case a bit.

It may be possible but probably more hassle than it is worth, you could always get a similar for factor case with the added cost and time to modify the current one.
