Random PC restarts? Possible CPU issue?

So as of late, I have been experiencing crashes of windows where when my PC has some programs running and it will just put my PC directly into sleep mode. It just goes black, and goes into what seems like Idle Mode or something similar. I have reset my PC to factory settings, I have even reinstalled windows fresh. I don't know what the issue could be. CPUID CPU-Z results confuse me, but hrere is the CPU stats as of right now. https://valid.x86.fr/nak307

Also, when I leave my PC alone and on for a while, when I return, it freezes, things don't load and I have to shut it down and start it back up again after. I don't know what the problem is, and I don't have the money to replace anything so if there's any solutions, I would be grateful for a new set of eyes on this!

I suppose it might be an overheating issue, I would give everything a clean and reapply the thermal paste on the cpu.

I think it is a software issue.... try reinstalling the system when possible... or try another os through dual boot...

want to install chrome os? here's how.

I suppose I could do that. Any recommended thermal pastes? I don't remember what I used originally

Arctic Silver 5 will be fine if you can get it easily.
