So I've had this cooler installed for quite some time but only recently a friend of mine told me that it should't make this amout of noise.

So I

scavenged the internet for solutions but nothing worked so far.

I've attached a clip in which it shows that it does become more quite when I tilt my pc, don't worry my HDD's are disconnected, but when i tilt it back the noise is back as well.

Does anyone have any tips for me?

It most likely has to do with the radiator placement which leads to air bubbles getting to the pump and creating the noise which would explain why the noise disappears when the PC is tilted. Perhaps try to change the radiator placement see if that fixes the issue, otherwise your AIO might not work as inteded and you should probably RMA it.

Well, you have the pump as the lowest point which is good. Has it always been that loud? How old is it? If it's new, I'd send it back.
