Never heard of that case so you might want to reconsider that. I don't recommend anyone use the i3-10100 in favor of something like a 2nd or 3rd gen Ryzen 3 part. You don't need an iGPU, so you don't need the parts with a G suffix.

The performance difference between the 1650 and the 1650S is considerable, and at that point I would just try buying a used card on ebay. The price of used cards should be going down bc of RTX 3000, and on ebay I am finding GTX 1080's for around the same price of that 1650. 

You don't need that cooler. Sure it will look better than a stock cooler, but the 10100 will operate at the same frequencies in both coolers. It just isn't powerful enough.

I am not a fan of AMD since i had one and i had to sell it beacuse my fps was droping from 60-70 to 30.

And all my other pc's had intel cpus and i never had problems,so i'd rather buy an intel cpu.
