Need Help on a Build!

Hello! i am requesting your assistance! Pleeasee! i bought a bitfenix prodigy (mini itx case) picked up the disc writer, a 2tb hdd, cx600 power supply and 8gb of RAM from ADATA. The internals is what im struggling with. Im set on buying an i5-4670 from intel (however can be changed as well) and am stuck on deciding which motherboard to go with it. I want the motherboard to be somewhat budgeted because of how much i may spend on the graphics card. so far i was debating over nvidia 760 or 770. Please help! all opinions are accepted! Im a noob at building PC's i beg your assistance!

I would of suggested the Asus Maximus VI formula or gene but the formula is $300 and you have to buy the wifi card separately for the gene. Also maybe a maximus vi hero? Or is that too much?
