Budget (including currency): $1500-1750

Country: United states

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mostly just gaming on a variety of games. mostly just gaming with occasional streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

My current pc is not very pretty and I want it for a different project.
I have a 1440p 144hz monitor that U kinda want to upgrade to a ips version as I have very poor color quality. not needed but would be a good upgrade

I want it to also look pretty or able to look pretty in the future
should I go intel or amd, what gpu should I get,

oh yeah, I also want this to be m-atx or smaller.

can I get any suggestions for parts? thank you.
