HELP i can't play Forza Horizon 4 on my PC

Hello there lovely community, i just bought Forza Horizon 4 for my PC, but when i start it, it says that i have to be logged in.

 

Im lost on what i should do and i cant seem to find a fix for that and nothing ingame since i cant get past anything in the Game, i would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here

Yeah thats what i just did but when i try to log in it says "You cant be logged in Error Code 0x8015DC03" 

 

and i did what everyone says on the internet with the services and such but nothing works

That error seems to indicate that your account has been flagged as being underage or your parents have set up parental controls and restricted access.

Then you should contact Microsoft Support and ask them what is going on with your account.

Or easier just to create a new hotmail / outlook account.

God, I cannot express how much UWP apps fucking annoy me. 

If it's plausible, reinstall Windows and see if that changes anything.
