Buying game codes from eBay

Does anyone have any experience with buying game codes on eBay? I want to get Minecraft Java edition for the rtx with graphics cards that don’t support rtx. It’s only 5 usd for the full game. Scam? It got positive feedback so I don’t know.

if you are going to spend 500-800$ on a gpu to play, just spend the damn 30$ on the game so you dont have to worry about it. Also it has to be the edition that supports RTX and such Java doesnt.
