Bios doesnt show up

Was changing out a cpu for troubleshooting a friends system and when I put mine back in bios wont even show up, the same thing happened with his machine as well when we would boot it everything seems like it was working cant really tell for cpu or motherboard but the monitors were just black

2060 super

B450 tomahawk

550 evga psu

You should have either a display with numbers or colored lights on the motherboard show up?

Top right corner is just some circuitry for me

Fixed realized that there was some thermal paste on one of the pins just had to clean it
