Windows not booting after upgrade

I just upgraded my motherboard and cpu to a amd ryzen 3700x with a rog crosshair hero vii and everything was working fine before but not i’m stuck in an infinite bios loop, ive tried many things online, including restoring, typing all sorts of commands in the command prompt, but still can’t seem to get it to boot correctly

So you have not done clean install of windows? You are booting an existing windows install from your old setup?

What do you mean "BIOS loop"?

 

Try to disable secure boot, enable uefi boot (or disable - I don't know how your previous install was made) and check.

It has nothing to do with bios loop (whatever that means) and op don't need to clean install his system (link).
