I'm going to take a stab and say you have DOCP turned on? Turn it off (stock speeds) and see if that stops the crashes. If it does, turn it back on but dial the frequency back and slowly bring it back up until it crashes again, then go back a notch or two and leave it.

Just because the RAM is rated for a speed doesn't mean the CPU can drive it (electrically) without issues.

Hey people, I recently built my girlfriend a pc as she has wanted one for a while, but she has been having quite a lot of crashes, any games she plays crashes within 30 minutes and her pc bluescreens often too, we have tried sfc /scannow multiple times, memory diagnostic tool, driver updates, driver verifier, deleting temp files, updating bios, DISM repair, reinstalling games, we have looked at crash logs but haven't gotten far, we are at a dead end and we are not sure what to do.

Specs are:

Ryzen 5 2600X

Asus Prime A320M-A

16gb 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO

Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1660 Super 6GB

WD Green 1tb 7200rpm HDD

SanDisk 2280 128GB M.2 Sata SSD

Corsair CV550

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as we are currently stuck, thank you :)
