75w is the standard value for PCIe slots, but prebuilt may have BIOS that only supplies up to 25w. That's why prebuilts are bad for modding.

you mean the one that comes with the system? The board clearly has proprietary power connectors which means a normal ATX PSU may not power it properly, so you cant simply swap the original one out

idk. Prebuilt systems dont have to follow any standard and quite often, they do not.

There's a difference between the two tho, PCIe slot wont cause danger but the adapter could

I already have board, gpu, upgraded psu and adapter but i don't know if i connect them something will go boom
