If you reduce cost with a cheap case and some DDR4 3000, you could hopefully make it fit in budget. You can also check out other B450 boards, since you said this was a local shop, and you can see which ones have the "ryzen 3000 series ready" badge on them, or ask the ship owner to update the BIOS. You might be able to find a cheaper board like a B450M DS3H or S2H.

So I'm building my first PC ever and got all the parts. But I still don't know what Graphics Card to use its either the RX 570 8gb or 1650 Super 4gb.

Please help I don't know what to choose. I watched videos on YouTube, where people compare them but, I don't really trust them that much.

Thanks for your time reading this.

and by the way my budget is $600.

Neither, you can nearly afford a 1660 super, if you improve your budget by about $50

But otherwise the RX 580 8GB is my recommendation. The used market is also a great way to save some money

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

I'd get the 1660 super like @Fasauceome said. For the budget, you won't be able to afford CPU powerful enough for x264 encoding, with that GPU, you could take advantage of NVENC.

Main Rig :

Ryzen 7 2700X | Powercolor Red Devil RX 580 8 GB | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 | 16 GB TeamGroup Elite 2400MHz | Samsung 750 EVO 240 GB | HGST 7200 RPM 1 TB | Seasonic M12II EVO | CoolerMaster Q300L | Dell U2518D | Dell P2217H |

Laptop :

Thinkpad X230 | i5 3320M | 8 GB DDR3 | V-Gen 128 GB SSD |

Yes, but the 1660 Super is a big step up from the 1650 Super. For the games you play, I don't think the small VRAM wouldn't be an issue. But personally, I would take the relatively small upfront cost for the much better performance.

Thanks, I'll think about it.

Please list your country so that we can make more exact price lists. You stated only $600 so I made a USD priced parts list.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

I'm gonna make this list but with my country's currency but it's not exact. I'm gonna improvise. I'm putting the ones on stock in my local store.

Type Item Price
CPU AMD Ryzen 3 3100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor P5,995 = $123.35
Motherboard

MSI B450M Pro-VDH Plus Motherboard Micro ATX

P5,790 = $119.13
Memory

2x8 Team TForce Dark Z 3200

P3,900 = $80.24
Storage Ramsta 480GB P3,150 = $64.1
Video Card Palit GTX 1660 SUPER 6 GB GAMING PRO Video Card P12,995 = $267.38
Case   P2,495 = $51.34
Power Supply

Corsair CX Series CX550M 80PLUS BRONZE MODULAR POWERSUPPLY

That's as close as I can get. That's literally the price. I can change the case btw I just can't find one same as the DeepCool

P3750 = $77.16

P38,075 = $783.41
