I have only £500 too spend on a build due to me needing a new monitor and other stuff.

I want to stream at 720p while playing most games on 1080p Ultra IF possible.

This build also needs to be able to be upgraded very easily in the future so that when i get more money i don't have to buy a new case, mobo, PSU etc

I play games like ESO (When released) and WoW but sometimes LoL as well.

Thanks

You won't be able to play ESO (especially this one) or LoL on ultra and stream 720p with a 500 pond built.

Will this be okay?

Only concern is that the 212 cooler will not fit the case so can somebody verify this?

MMOs = More CPU with better single threaded performance is the best. On this build the looks, the OC and the upgrades are restricted, but it will let you play on ultra at 1080p every single MMO there is.
