He is trying to ask why do different programs show different cpu fan speeds because he has one cpu.

They probably are all getting different readings somehow. Usually the bios gives you a accurate reading.

What cooler is it? Two programs are showing reading at 800rpm and two other at 1600rpm. If you have some common aftermarket cooler, readings over 1600rpm would be very odd.
