This would have been better suited towards the motherboard sub forum. On the subforum there is also a Motherboard VRM Tier List that should give you an idea on what motherboard you should get. The MSI B550 Gaming Plus and B550 A-Pro are both good choices for a motherboard that offer pretty good overall value.

As long as it is a B550 or X570 chipset you should be fine but if you want to you can check out VRM heat reviews such as this one
