The cooler master since it's cheaper. Both the be quiet and Cooler Master are B Tier, can't find anything on the TX. How much does an RM650x cost?

120€, but i dont think 650 would do for a 3080, even if it does, might use some headroom incase ryzen 4000 drops with some nice performance increases.

all 3 will be great, all have 100,000h estimated time between failures, all have high quality caps and chokes (most likely from the same factory), all have decent warranties, it really comes down to company preference.
beQuiet is my choice, 2x 12v rails is a "nice to have" however unnecessary in most high end psus like these.

The best gaming PC is the PC you like to game on, how you like to game on it

oh right, but its single rail, i've heard bad stuff about single rail, the pure power 11 however has 2 rails as far as i've heard, did you take the rails into consideration when making your decision? thanks in advance!

there’s no effective difference in safety between single-rail and multi-rail PSUs. It's more of an added protection since if one rail fails, the other still works. I would only factor in multi-rail if you were doing a multi-GPU setup in any case.

I can actually make a real difference in the high wattage units.... ;)

Take mine as an example, HX 850... In multi rail mode it's 40 amps per rail, 7x 12V+ rails, or 480W MAX before it would shut down if something happened. In single rail mode that would be 70.8 amps or 850W that could do some real damage... Worst case....

i9 9900K @ 5.0 GHz, NH D15, 32 GB DDR4 3200 GSKILL Trident Z RGB, AORUS Z390 MASTER, EVGA RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB, Samsung 860 EVO 1TB, Samsung 860 EVO 500GB, ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q 27", Steel Series APEX PRO, Logitech Gaming Pro Mouse, CM Master Case 5, Corsair AXI 1600W Titanium.

i7 8086K, AORUS Z370 Gaming 5, 16GB GSKILL RJV DDR4 3200, EVGA 2080TI FTW3 Ultra, Samsung 970 EVO 250GB, (2)SAMSUNG 860 EVO 500 GB, Acer Predator XB1 XB271HU, Corsair HXI 850W.

i7 8700K, AORUS Z370 Ultra Gaming, 16GB DDR4 3000, EVGA 1080Ti FTW3 Ultra, Samsung 960 EVO 250GB, Corsair HX 850W.

Which is why it's a "nice to have" protection for most people. It's not a end-all-be-all when choosing a PSU.

Never said it was.... ;)

It's added protection and more relevant for the higher wattage units.

Mine has 7X 12V+ rails so it breaks things up nicely in Multi rail mode.

if the rails dont matter (as much as the tier), and the txm is A tier and the pure power 11 is b  tier, what makes txm worthy of A and pure11 not? i have no clue. thats probably gonna be my deciding factor if it is a very valid reason in tier difference. thanks in advance!

Build quality, mostly. That and Corsair has a 7 year warranty vs 5 year from Be Quiet!. Also the TXM has better performance according to Aris
