Hello,

I recently got new parts for my ITX build. Namely:

MSI MPG B550I GAMING EDGE WIFI
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
16GB G.Skill Trident Z DDR4-3600 DIMM CL16-16-16-36 Dual Kit (F4-3600C16D-16GTZ)

From my old PC: GTX1060, Samsung M.2, 550W be quiet! PSU

When I turn on the PC it does not POST and the DRAM debug LED on the board lights up. When I clear the CMOS und start it up again, I can get into the BIOS where everything is detected correctly. From there I can boot Windows10 without problems. Though after about 30 seconds the screen turns black while all fans keep spinning. I have to disconnect the power to get out of this state. Trying to boot right after, I get again stuck on the DRAM debug LED and the cycle repeats.

I'm sure the CPU/RAM/GPU/cables are installed/connected correctly. I also tried all the different combinations of RAM sticks/RAM slots. I updated the BIOS to the newest version.
I'm pretty sure the GPU and PSU are not the problem as they function flawlessly with the old system.
G.SKILL explicitly lists the motherboard and CPU as compatible with this RAM (though MSI does not list this RAM, only F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC and F4-3600C16D-16GTZRC).

I'm out of ideas what to try next. I don't have other RAM to troubleshoot with.

I'd welcome any suggestions.
