PC does blues screens and cannot install drivers

Hello guys, so first of all let me describe my hardware (I build this PC yesterday) :

- Ryzen 7 3700x

- MSI RTX 2070

- Asus Strix B550-F gaming

- Corsair Rm750x PSU

- Corsair vengeance pro 32g 3200MHz DDr4

- Windows 64 bit 

 

So my problem as nothing to do about booting into windows, the thing is just that when I insert the Asus CD ( given with the mobo) it starts a software with and the drivers and stuff but when I install the drivers, it loads during 4-6 min then ask to restart the PC, so I restart it and when I comeback no drivers are installed, and the CD is in perfect shape so I don’t really understand. Plus, I tried updating windows by plugging my phone and share connection with the pc ( bc I couldn’t install the LAN driver) and after 5-10 mins I get a blue screen with the code : Clock_watchdog_timeout 

And just a reminder, non of my stuff is overclocked. 
I tried resetting the bios settings I didn’t work.

I put the drivers on an external HDD, then plug into the pc and it does the same, the drivers load something but nothing gets installed in the PC.

 

I guess that’s what I get for being unfaithful to Intel

 

So if any of you guys have some idea I’ll be happy to hear them out ! (Btw sorry for my poor English )

Have you downloaded those drivers from the Asus website or you copied the ones that came with the CD?
