no sound

specs:
ryzen 3600x
16gb 3200mhz
250gb m.2 + 2tb hdd
msi mpg b550 gaming edge wifi

i know my speakers are working because they buzz when plugging in/unplugging the cable to the speaker amp, but i have no sound, latest audio driver from msi has already been installed

Are you sure your default output device is chosen correctly?

honestly i have no idea what was wrong, but they are working now, didnt change anything, was just looking around on google and suddenly there was audio (i had a youtube video open to see if and when something fixed it)
