Distorted Icons?

So i have a set of fiddlehead systems (As in multiple stations running off of one computer and some of the icons are pixelated. It appears to be a HDD problem because one system went corrupt and did an automatic system restore and that fixed it but if you know how to fix this it would be much appreciated because it seems to be causing other problems as well. Also i can uninstall the program and reinstall and it will go right back to the pixelated icon.

Forgot to add that since its one computer and four stations run off of it, not mine btw (School bought them) and the way it achieves this is virtual machining PC environments to four monitors using Linux could it be that Linux is corrupt, or could it be a gpu problem because they run off of two workstation gpus.

 

 

I havent tryied the other things but i have a feeling that isnt it because i can move the icons to a different spot and theyll fix sometimes, also sometimes the whole program wont load, and lastly the stupid computer has an i5 and 4GB of RAM which is stupid for a virtual machine (ie. it needs like 8GB of ECC and a XEON) so could it be a RAM problem.

 

 

To add sometimes a Linux prompt comes up and says virtual machine failed to start and Windows is always saying that it may be a victim of counterfeit software.
