REQUEST, Need a mega post on best value gpu per resolution + ref rate

i smell the new cards will break our knowlege in new and used gpu value. since the new rtx and upcomming

i think it will be handy to make a simple chart showing which  gpus ,new and used, offer good value at certain situation, at least for common ones

 

next

people will be dumping their rtx2000 into market, we need to "fix" the used price asap , otherwise people will buy used rtx2080ti for $900 instead of new 3070.

 

eg 1080p mid graphics 60fps, rx570, gtx970, 1060 below $80, 1650s etc 

 

(these are rough numbers for better idea)
