Comp doesnt turn on, was wondering if it was insufficient power for the build?

The build includes

1050 ti

2 sticks of ddr4 

Ryzen 5 3500x

B550 motherboard

Doesn't even turn on or anything.

your title says "insufficient power for the build" but you didn't list a power supply model. Still, It would be very rare to get a power supply that can't handle a modern 6 core CPU and a 1050 ti. I would guess that you might have wired the power button wrong or something.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

Ok update, the PC turns on now the front panel cables weren't in correctly, but now there is no display and case fan turns on and then turns off.

That could mean badly seated CPU or GPU...or RAM. Just reseat everything 😄

Some mobos do that if you don't have your RAM in the correct slots. Check your mobo's manual.
