Hello there , i need some of ur advices , thankx in advance ..

So i have an i5 8400 , gtx 1050 ti and 8gb 2400mhz ram , when i play apex with very low settings i get a constant 120 fps bt my cpu is 100 % used while my gpu is only 50 % , on the other hand while playing it in high settings my fps will be around 70 to 80 bt my cpu will still be 100% and my gpu will be 89 to 91 % , bt as soon as i cap my fps to 60 then with any settings my cpu percentage doesn't stag at 100% so is my gpu bottlenecking my cpu? And i have a 60Hz monitor ..

i don't think a 6 core cpu should bottleneck a modest gpu like a 1050 ti, it could be something else or game just might be extremely cpu intensive which i have never really heard of especially with higher than 4 core counts cpus, even 4c/8t cpus are fine with newer games even at 4k ultra, if you have seen 3300x benchmarks.

Apex legends is made on a modified version of source which is notorious for being CPU bound.

I upgraded to a 7th gen i5 to a ryzen 3600 to play apex because I was getting bottleneck, now I hardly go down from 100fps and my gpu is always at 96% usage.

Maybe check taskmanager for unnecessary programs in the background

Bro i also get 120 fps at the cost of 100% cpu i mean like is the game so cpu intensive ?

Yeah man like the game is taking 93% max cpu with all low settings , and my cpu all total is 100 , and am getting 120 constant fps ..

Yes, if the CPU is at 100% you're getting bottlenecked by the cpu.

Before upgrading my cpu usage was always 99% and GPU was always 80/70%, after upgrading I can get +200 FPS on some areas, my average is 150 and the bare minimum is +100 on the most demanding map parts and now my GPU usage is consistently 96% and my CPU usage fluctuates between 20% and 55%. Its like another game.

GTX 1660 Super

Ryzen 3600

16GB Ram

All of this at 1440p everything on low.

And mine resolution is 1366*768 , like my msi afterburner is showing something different cpu usage like its showing my cpu to fluctuate between 80- 100 bt the xbox gane bar is showing 100 now which one is true am confused , moreover when i minimize the game the to see the taskbar the cpu usage falls , like i want to see while gaming bt i cant ..

I can sympathize with you because I played apex with a gt 1030 for a while and the suggestion I have for you is to follow this guide and see if it helps:
