I have some tips.

1. Make the videos 5-10 minutes long.

2. Try funny and glitchy games like Surgeon Sim.

3. Make an intro and a decent profile pic and banner. (I can make a banner if u want.)

I don't agree with 1 and 2.

what do u mean, please eleberate

You say you simply entertain but the way you say does not make me believe you. Plus your demeanor in your videos at least to me feels like you are making videos and artificial in a way. Also the massive quantity of videos you have uploaded with minimal editing does not scream quality either. It may not be the case but you look like you are just trying to be famous and as long as you appear that way it is almost incentive not to watch your stuff.

You have to promote. Go to various gaming forums and share relevant videos. Don't spam though. Do some streaming on twitch if you can. You can't just post videos and wait for a response, your videos are probably 3+ pages back on youtube search results.

I also agree on the thumbnail thing. Most big youtubers have a consistent style of thumbnail across their videos. When you do a youtube search, your eyes are going to be more drawn to the repeating thumbnails. If your Game A pt.1 and Game A pt.2 have different thumbnails, at first glance they will appear to be different uploaders.

On my old channel. www.youtube.com/papermateful It took me 3 years to get 170 subs. I was making a video every day. You just gotta keep with it. Don't quit so easily. 45 days is nothing.

But it does not seem sincere to onlookers if you know what I mean.

I could have no intention of robbing a bank but if I walk into a bank with a holstered gun people will get very nervous. The same stands for you. You might really like uploading lots of videos but to other people it looks like you are trying to pump out a lot of minimally edited videos of you talking.

Extremely flooded just like  being a " Graphics Designer "

Is it fun for you? If yes, then who cares about how many subs you have.

OP here's something you should do, watch your own videos then watch major gaming channel videos then ask yourself which one would you rather spend your precious time watching? What makes you choose one over the other?

-snip-

That was hilarious.... Whats the time? Its time to SLAM!

reminded me of this stupidity....

ok :D

Okay so im home, i havent looked at your channel so if you already do some of the things i say, my bad.

-Be consistent, dont upload too often though, 1vid per 2 days is good, leave it time to gain some views, upload at the same time so your viewers know around when to expect a video from you, also find a good time to upload, since if you upload at 1am, people be sleeping and itll get less views ( ive noticed this on my uploads)

-Dont upload too many different types of games/video styles to avoid having different audiences, i did that and even though i have 1700 subs, videos are struggling to get more than 200views since different ppl subbed for different things.

-Have good equipment, upload in 720p, have a GOOD mic for commentaries, videos dont need too much editing, make sure that clips fade in/out if you want to be fancy and watch the rendered vid before uploading to make sure there arent any problems in video/audio.

-You dont really need an intro video but say your name or channels name in the beginning,if you do have an intro, dont make it longer than 5sec, they are annoying if its long. Do have an outro though, with 2 of your previous uploads and hope people click on them and go on an adventure on your channel.

-Pay attention to comments/ criticisms.

-Do it for fun and if youre planning on making money from it, be patient  but if youre doing it for fun, everything will follow. Be yourself and show that youre enjoying it, dont force jokes or anything like that since it shows and is baaad. Show your personality, give the audience something that they can relate with.

-Have nice thumbnails that stand out/ easy to read( like have a key word in the thumbnails) and a nice tittle, not misleading though.

Im probaly forgetting somethings but yeah, also try and put some music on the backround, low volume but makes the video a lot more enjoyable. And if you already thought about all these, then sorry for taking 5 min of your time lol

Hey there. You are looking mighty fine today, have my virtual cookie!

Yeah, try streaming on Twitch.

YouTube is growing it's community so fast that everybody uploads the same thing, so try to promote your videos everywhere, and make it unique.

If you do get well-known, don't forget to communicate your your fans as well like thanking them, doing their suggestions, and accepting their criticisms.

I got bored of doing YouTube because I accidentally deleted my old channel which had like 40k views, and because my internet speeds is pure garbage for uploading. (25Kb/s) I'll try again this year once I get a decent ISP.
