Can someone expert tell me if these settings are ok?

MB is tomahawk B450

Cooler is Dark Rock 3

So all cores are set to 42.25

Vcore: 1.13V with offset -0.0125V (also tried 1.14V)

PPT 150W (also tried 145W)

TDC 70A

EDC 120A (also tried 115A)

Scalar 1x

The only reason I did this are the high temps in stock settings(85 CB20)

With PBO and offset temp is about 71-72
