Major Computer freezing issues

I got this build together 2 years ago - every time I am running any games or GPU/CPU intensive software my computer will freeze. This freezing issue happens randomly, there is no set amount of time before it happens and no set resource usage. Quite frankly I have never been able to max out my resources on this computer. The only solution i've found is a hard reset.

 

I initially thought it was a hardware problem so I went ahead and replaced every part except the graphics card through warranty to brand new parts, after arguing with support for hours to get that arranged. For the GPU's, I swapped them out with my old 980 TI to test if the issue persists and it does.
I have been looking for a solution for this for 2 years now - Manufacturer support has failed to help me diagnose and fix the issue and at this point I am left with 2 options: getting help from someone who knows more about this than me or, simply put together a new build which is something I really don't want to do.
I have a very powerful computer that cost me a lot that I have yet to fully enjoy, so I am hoping that you would take the time and help me fix this issue.

 

Computer Specs:
- Intel Core i9 7900X
- Asus ROG Rampage VI Extreme
- 4x DDR4 G. Skill F4-3600C17 16GB
- 2x NVIDIA GTX 1080 TI
- 2x Samsung 960 EVO NVME
- 2x WD HDD
- Corsair 1500W PW
- 6x Corsair LL120 Fans
- Corsair Hydro Series H100i
- Lian Li PC-O11 WGX Case

 

The plan with this computer is to water cool it with a custom loop, but seeing how unstable it's behaved I decided to put off the water cooling process until I get that fixed. I am currently running on air cooling with a CPU AIO.

I recorded the temperature at the time of the freeze to make sure its not a heating issue and these were the results.

 

I would really appreciate any help on this, as I am currently completely lost and have no clue what to do to correct this issue.

 

[EDIT] Computer is not overclocked or anything ... I also tried running with both XMP on and off the results are the same. As for the freeze its not just a game or a software freeze the entire computer freezes and nothing is responsive.

can be anything, go check the event viewer to see any anomalies.

Do you mean the Corsair AX1500i?

That's the only 1500W corsair power supply I can find.

There are more parts that can overheat, like the SSDs, do you really have 4 drives inside the PC? The print screen has all the interesting parts missing, collapsed even.

Maybe you are just maxing out what your motherboard can handle.

the SSDs were running at around 70c I didn't catch it in this screenshot but I did on another test I will run another one and take a screen shot for you..

 

also yes I have 2 HDDs in the back compartment
1 M.2 under the graphics card in a little compartment. and the other M.2 is installed on the expansion card.

even viewer doesn't show anything besides standard warnings ... already checked that

That is rather toasty, no heatsinks on them, right? 

But heat will only throttle your SSD, it will not crash it, so there might be another problem.

yeah man, I can't seem to figure out exactly what is wrong. maybe its a voltage / MB thing that I may have to setup I am not too sure
