Bluetooth capability just... disappeared?

Go to solution Solved by HanZie82,

Its might use the 5V for the BT that wont get turned off when PC is off. Try turning the PSU off for couple seconds. Maybe it just needs a reset.

Last night I was playing games using my PS4 controller over bluetooth, and today when I went to start something up, my PS4 controller wouldn't connect. I pulled up bluetooth settings, went to "add bluetooth or other devices", and it says "couldn't connect" when I select bluetooth. So I go to notifications, no bluetooth toggle there. Go to device manager, not even a mention of a bluetooth device. Scan for hardware changes, reinstall bluetooth drivers, wi-fi card drivers, nothing. Windows Troubleshooter says I have no bluetooth capability. My motherboard's an ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac, which has a built-in wi-fi and bluetooth card. Wi-Fi still works perfectly fine on it. The only thing I can think of that could've changed something is I've been using my Valve Index more often and left that plugged in overnight, where I normally at least disconnect the cable from the breakaway section. I've been trying to find a solution for about 3 hours now and I'm getting to my wit's end. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Oh my god thank you so much, I can't believe it was just that. I'd rebooted several times but didn't fully shut down and let it sit. I powered it down, turned off the PSU for a minute, and now it's back to normal.
