Posted August 29, 2020 Best at what? Also you can safely take the 2070 Mini out now. Puny single fan heatsinks on a 175W GPU are a no-go. For instance, a 2080Ti doesn't even get 50FPS at 4K in RDR2. If raw performance is all you're after, then go for the 5700XT. New GPUs are around the corner though, so I'd wait if possible.
