CPU overheating and Windows Acting Up

Hi I have 80 degrees on minimum load and I cant play any games, I mean like we are talking 50-60 fps on csgo which i use to get 300fps on. I have an Acer Predator 2019 with an i5 9300h and 1660ti with 16gigs of RAM.

On top of when I go to the windows update tab it infinitely loads.

Noise is there somewhat on higher fan speeds no dust just got the thermal paste and pads changed from acer

That's not the problem,if it makes noise it means it's working,and working hard because of the heat.

That's probably the cause of the problem,an incompetent employee that doesn't have any idea what he/she is doing...

I would love to take a look inside,they probably used some cheap thermal paste and pads as well.

Dude I just checked my routers anti virus and when my laptop was on it was constantly blocking this device for mining cryptocurrency!!

I am from India and mining any sort of cryptocurrency is illegal here so

1. I have never touched this stuff

2. SUPER FUCKING WORRIED

That sounds like a virus,install malwarebytes,update it's database if you can and run a full scan.

It might take a few hours to finish.
