Nvidia's GPU boost automatically improves clock speeds based on thermals and power overhead. It is enabled by default, and is basically free performance in most cases. The only con is really that it confuses newer users who see clock speeds far above advertised.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

there aren't available settings for GPU boost (I don't even know how to disable it honestly) but it basically can be circumvented easily, if you need to. You can use GPU overclock software like MSI afterburner to put a power/clock speed limit on the graphics card if need be.

The program doesn't much need to be adjusted, since it's pretty sophisticated.
