Hi everyone, I have the following specs:

- RTX 2070 Super (Gygabyte 8GB OC edition)

- i5 9400F

- h310 arctic msi mother mini-itx

- 32GB RAM 2400

- PSU Sentey 750W

I know Horizon Zero Dawn port for pc has been having issues since launch, but I have seen benchmarks where it works fine with my same GPU.

Now, I've been trying to understand why, but performance has been really bad, and even using vsync the card won't really work more than 70%, i still have a lot of missed frames and choppy performance in high intensity areas, and missed frames pretty much all the time.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You should upgrade your ram speed or atleast overclock them or turn on XMP in the bios settings.

I'm not going to say this is the issue definitely, but it could very well be. Reviewers noted before and after release that HZD uses the CPU heavily, and specifically multiple cores. From what I've seen, the sweet spot is 6 core/12 threads, with 8/16 giving marginally better performance still. Between the fact that you have no hyperthreading on this chip, and the relatively slow memory speed, I'd say you're being bottlenecked by basically everything but your GPU.
