HDD problem

So recently Ive been using an old HDD to play games and do stuff but I have some problrms with it. Whenever I do something it makes a noise "BRRRR" "BRRRR" then a click. Its an old Seagate 80gb. Other specs are FX 6300  gigabyte ga78lmt s2 r1.2 8gb hyperx fury ddr3 ram 500w psu. Also on this hdd is a windows 7 ultimate league of legends chrome, minecraft, and thats it nothing else lul. And when the BRRR sounf happens the PC freezes for 20secs. It was working before normally as it should. Before this win7 I had a win10 the same sound appaered all the time but downgrading to win7 fixed it. I tried reinstalling win7 still nothing.

The hdd is about to die. It needs replacement. Consider upgrading to an ssd whilst you are at it.
