Hi

Looking to change the keycaps on my Coolermaster CK550 and trying to work out what profile they are.

All I can find from Coolermaster specs is that they are "Standard" but what standard?

I opened a support ticket on their website but a week later and no response so I'm coming here for an assist.

Thanks in advance! 👍

These are Cherry MX style keycaps, probably using the OEM profile, with a standard bottom row (space = 6.25u, the others are all 1.25u).

Thanks

That's what I thought it was but why don't they say that and instead keep it opaque for customers?

They can list a whole bunch more information, like the plastic type used in the keycaps, the types of LEDs, the plate type, etc. etc.

What it ultimately comes down to, they will only really be listing information most people will find helpful and will refrain from adding too much to not confuse the 'average customer'.
