So I have asrocka320m hdv 2x8 g.skill ram at 3200mhz but I can’t get it to 3200 my pc don’t like it. My PC will reboot and crash

Try enable XMP, and manually set Memory Frequency to 2933mhz. If it posts up, test for stability.

that asrock a320 only supports 3200mhz on actual ryzen cpus, if youre using an apu it wont run very high clocks. chances are it may just not work anyways, is your ram on asrock's qvl for that board?

If you're getting BSOD's check bluescreen view. If it's straight up rebooting, that's thermal. With the exception of the highest end tier CPU SKU's there is no guarantee that faster memory will even work, since it requires more stability from the CPU.
