No internet

Hey. 

We just cancelled old plan and got on new one in Spectrum. Well, no internet since. They said to turn off modem and wait  15 mins. Doesnt work. We went there again and they said they send signal our way. Still doesnt work. What else is there  to do? 2 and 3 light from top is flashing. Same with last one.

How come? It was working, they went to spectrum, switched plan and it stopped working.

Are you getting a WiFi signal and it just can’t connect to the server, or is it completely down? 
 

Also, you could check to see if the internet is just down completely. https://istheservicedown.com/problems/charter-communications/map
Use this site. The red areas on the map are outages. If it is down, don’t bother calling. Charter’s customer service isn’t great.

Spectrum is Coax, not DSL.

How long since you switched plans with Spectrum? Is this an existing modem or new one? If it's new is it yours or theirs? Did you cancel your service and sign up new or just upgrade the plan directly?

It connects to wifi but it doesnt work.

Basically they raised price on our plan. We cancelled  it and got same plan but on someone else for the  same price. We did it today around 10 am. Its beeb over 2 hours since down.

It can take up to a day or two at least for that to happen in the worst case scenario. Depending on how soon you signed up again their system might have flagged it for review or something but it's hard to say. If you called them up and they said they sent the signal then either they screwed up disconnecting the old service or haven't finished provisioning the new service.
