userbenchmark is a pretty bad testing suite

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I need?

Not really  userbenchmark is a pretty terrible "benchmark"

Also if you look at this more thoroughly,  the card is still high / average... So that alone should show how useless this benchmark is.

It's basically just to see "do my parts work, y/n" that's all it really is.

Until we know if the OP has actually any kind of issues with their system, it's kinda hard to say if there is even anything wrong

The main issue I have with UserBenchmark is that they put your performance and compare it to other people's benchmarks who also have overclocked cards. It's not a fair benchmarking tool and shouldn't be used as a reference if your card is performing up to snuff or not.

It's because they're trying to sell parts.

Oh, look, your card is UNDERPERFORMING,  you better get some new parts - just "one click away!"

It's shady as hell.

Hey, does anyone know why my gpu is running below its potential?

Because you didn't put on a custom BIOS and waterblock, then run it with an unstable overclock. That's why. That's about 1/3 of what you're competing against with Userbenchmark.

As long as you're not getting in the bottom 5-10%, you're doing just fine.

It could be for a variety of reasons. Overheating, throttling GPU frequency, etc. We need a bit more information to help you figure out your GPU problems. I think your CPU would not bottleneck a 1660 S. What games is your GPU underperforming in? What is the rest of your system specs? What resolution are you using?

My whole pc specs, i5-9400F, 1660s, 16gb RAM, Mobo Asrock B365M-HDV, PSU 600w EVGA and it doesn’t seem to underperform in games, stays below around 55° 90% of the time
