You'll need to give us a budget if you want logical recommendations.

Your system's fine for Photoshop, and when it comes to gaming, it depends on what you play and at what resolution. I don't know about that PSU though, so if you were to get a new graphics card, I'd most likely consider getting a new power supply to go along with it also, unless you go for something like a low-power 1650.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC

Let's say about £2000 (yeah UK currency)

I want to play in 1920x1080. Can you give me advice to what to upgrade first and what would be the best?

You could spend half that for the same 1080p performance... You only need to spend about $700 honestly, anything more is overkill even for high refresh rates.

i5 12600KF | Zotac RTX 4080 Gaming trinity | Team Vulcan 2x16GB DDR4 3600 | ASRock Z690M-ITX/ac | WD Black SN850x 2TB

For 2000 quid you can afford a full upgrade (or basically a totally new system), though I'd first wait for AMD's Zen 3 CPUs, Nvidia's Ampere GPUs and AMD's RDNA2 GPUs to come out, see what they've got to offer, and go ahead with putting together a parts list then.

Also I'd probably look at 1440p at that point. You could actually fit a really nice 1440p monitor in that budget, along with the build.
