I am looking for a good modern low cost graphics card. I don't want to buy an old card. I want something new which will last a few years. Will be doing some light 1080p gaming nothing hardcore. AMD or NVIDIA I don't care. Any good suggestions?

RX 570 or 580. The best value in my opinion as it's a last gen product but is still heaps powerful for 1080p gaming. Because they're last gen products, they tend to be on sale/ clearance.

And "last gen" still means they support all current technologies, with a couple minor exceptions. (they don't have raytracing for example)

Indian

100$ - 200$

That'd be used several generations back GPUs then... R9 280 maybe... You're not likely to get anything modern in your country for that price. (unless my Googling is refusing to show the lower priced stuff)

Yeah even I checked. The prices have shot up. Maybe when everything returns to normal the prices will be reasonable.
