I have a old PC consisting of i5 6th gen, 8gb RAM, 1TB HDD, 2gb GT 710 graphic card and a power supply of 450W. My dad use it for small work purpose like browsing in google chrome and stuff like that. Dad usually don’t close the tabs, so many left open in google chrome. When sometimes using the computer it’s usually lags ( not very much but a little lag) so I brought a new 8gb RAM stick of the same company,  same frequency which was Corsair vengeance LPX low profile stick. The only change is the old one had black colour and new one has red (since the black variant was little pricy). I installed the new RAM stick into the motherboard has told in the manual, installed far way from the CPU, everything was in place. Everything was working fine, computer also says it has 16gb of RAM, now problem it now. But when I installed a new game it froze the computer, I thought it would be the installer problem so I rebooted again and tried to install the game. The same problem happened again. So I left the installer. After sometime when I was watching YouTube the same thing happened, it froze again and about few couple of hours later it happened again. So anything I did wrong, please let me know what’s the problem!!!!
