Test GPU/CPU without OS

Is there a way to test my GPU/CPU without an OS, I've only found a cpu one and my system didn't crash however i didnt find a GPU one.

So is there a way to test my GPU without OS.

If the system is POSTing and powering on to the point you can see stuff on the screen then chances are it's good.

 

Why not just install Windows 10 or Linux to run tests?

I mean it depends how much you want to test it, but if it boots to BIOS it's a good sign.

Can you be more specific? What crashes? What does it say when it crashes?
