CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

CPU: Cooler Noctua NH-U12S (Black Version)                                                     (Black Part)

MOBO: Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WIFI) ATX AM4                                    (Black Part)

RAM: Crucial Ballistix 16gb (2x8) DDR4-3600 CL16                                              (Withe Part)

SSD: Samsung 860 EVO (500gb + 1TB)                                                                (Black Parts)

GPU: RTX 2070 Super 8gb                                                                                     (Withe Part)

CASE: Phanteks Eclipse P400A ATX                                                                      (Withe Part)

PSU: SeaSonic FOCUS 80+ GOLD 750W ATX Semi-Modular                               (Black Part)

EXTRA CASE FANS: Corsair Air Series White 2 pack 52.19 CFM 120 mm Fans  (Withe Part)

Budget: 1600$

Im also going for a Withe and Black look.

Eh. I'd switch out the u12S for a scythe FUMA 2, change the storage to a PCIE 4.0 or 3.0 NVME, I'd recommend sabrent for that, but most importantly, Changing the GPU to the Rx 5700xt, Either to a sapphire, gigabyte tri fan, or XFX Thicc III/Thicc III ULTRA. If you dont mind it being black, You save $100, and get nearly identical performance. For the PSU, Maybe I'd suggest a fully modular, or dropping it down to a 650w, but It's totally your choice. Finally, I don't really recommend the extra case fans. The P400a comes with 3 very nice RGB case fans, and adding any more case fans can actually decrease performance, which Is what I think you're doing, since you only have 2 120mm fans. Otherwise, decent build, just needs some changes here and there. Happy building!

@Brok3n But who cares? a 2070S is better than a 5700 xt in every meaningful way in addition to having rtx, dlss, etc but it's such a moot point anyways because new graphics cards will be dropping in literally 8 days from when I type this (7 days in 40 minutes) so OP really should wait. also applies for CPUs but it's a bit of a longer wait for that. also there isn't any reason to go x570 unless it's a workstation grab a b450 tomahawk max and buy a better graphics card

Performance bump is super marginal. Ray tracing is basically BS for 2000 series cards, but I do agree for dlss. Anyways, Yes new cards are dropping really soon so it hardly matters.

Thanks for your help guys, i will change the MOBO for the MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI, and change the 500gb SAMSUNG SATA SSD for a SABRENT ROCKET 512gb M.2 SSD. I dont really like the RGB on the Scythe FUMA 2 so i will stick with the noctua one, and i will also ditch the extra fans. for the PSU i will change it for a fully modular SeaSonic FOCUS 80+ GOLD 750W. i dont want to change from X570 to B450 because i dont feel confortable having to update the BIOS, also do you guys know if theres any way to control the color of the RGB fans the cases comes with? Thanks for the help.
