All you need or can use is 1080p@60 with that monitor, and the smallest card you mention is more than enough.  A rx580 or a 1650 might be more than enough too. 

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
