I want to try out a new browser besides chrome. I was thinking maybe firefox. Any recommendations? Also is it possible to transfer my passwords from chrome to the new browser because that is why I have been using chrome for so long.

I will recommend an NHu12s (or an NHd15 (maybe)) for your PC build. Quote or @ me @Prodigy_Smit for me to see your replies.

I've used both Chrome and Firefox at some point over the last few years and both are great. They are the leading web browsers for a reason.

As for your passwords, I would recommending moving them to a third-party password manager like Bitwarden or LastPass. Once you install the app you can import all your passwords from Chrome and they will stay with you across any browser you decide to use in the future. I personally use Bitwarded because it's open-source and I find the apps are much better than LastPasss' apps.

Brave,it's based on chromium like chrome,it's focused on privacy and has built in tracking blocker, ads blocker and malicious scripts blocker.

I can second this.

I have been running Brave for the last few months and I was never happier. I would like to add that it has the feature to automatically upgrade from HTTP to HTTPS and that it has a built in Tor-Tab (Private tab with Tor, to be precise).
Personally I have found dragging tabs out into a new window (and back) to be very smooth with no to negligible impact.

Unfortunately, I can't answer your question about importing your passwords as I have never used that feature in chrome. However, I have found these two links:

I hope my reply is of assistance for you
