Hi!

Today I have a i5 6600K, 1060 6GB and 16 GB RAM, and I want to build a new PC.

I can't really give a specific budget, since the components are more expensive here in Sweden. Basically my budget is how much the components I have picked are worth (maybe a little bit higher). In swedish kr (SEK) my budget is between 15 000 - 17 000 kr.

My main focus is gaming, mostly CS:GO, Minecraft (with shaders), but also some other games (heavier ones) from time to time. I do not stream or anything, but I do enjoy watching movies while gaming.

I thought of this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QH7dK4 (Am going for the Corsair Carbide SPEC-06 White, but the case was not available on pcpartpicker)
Is there anything you guys would change or does it look like a decent computer for that price?

Thanks in advance :)

How much kr. is your budget? I'll just look at Swedish eshops instead.

NOTES:

-Honestly, right now, a 10600K is still the king of value if you're just gaming.

-Speaking of that, right now is a REALLY bad time to be buying parts. The RTX 3000 series, Navi 2 and Zen 3 (Ryzen 4000) is just around the corner, with huge performance upgrades rumoured.

-Really nice motherboard, good price it seems for Sweden but still expensive, good for OC

-Large air cooler is usually better than a water cooler

-You can get the 650W but unless you're doing crazy overclocks it shouldn't make a difference, it'll be fine even after an upgrade.

-The 5700XT is within 8% of the RTX2070S but it's a lot cheaper. Maybe you can use the 3-5000kr to upgrade this down the line.

-Couldn't find the SPEC06 White in Sweden in stock, just put the black version in place as a placeholder.

Thank you very much!
My computer still works fine, so should I just wait for the RTX 3000 etc? If so, when do you think they will be announced/released?

Yeah. Should be by next month. Same with Zen 3.
