don't know what issue you're talking about, but you can always just go back to an old version of windows and check if it fixes your problem

Anything i've written between the * and * is not meant to be taken seriously.

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.

Since you don't say what issue you had we can just as well assume it's got nothing to do with 2004.

it was when i opend a bat file that randomly was in my windows folder and the bat file was just called c and i clicked on it then the issue happend

What is the issue though? What was your computer doing in the first place that was unusual? I don't have a .bat file called c in my windows folder, so I cant look at it to see what it does. Can you right click on it, go to edit and post a screenshot of the contents?

I tried to get malwarebytes 4.1.2.73 premium for free

Yey, so you installed malware from a crack. Probably will have broken your OS and require a reinstall. No reason to go to 1909 then, nothing to do with 2004 as expected.
